Extrusion Coatings
Extrusion coatings are spray applied in a conveyorised painting line on aluminium extrusion profiles. These coatings are made from Kynar 500 based PVDF resin to impart high durability to coated profiles to withstand harsh environmental conditions. These are mostly specified in premium projects like five star hotels, retail malls, premium commercial centres, monumental buildings, airports etc. for assured performance over service life. Outstanding Toughness
Ultraspar is Kynar500® FSF® PVDF resin based spray coatings especially designed to give protection to aluminium extrusion profiles, louvres and other sections to delight architects to meet stringent criteria of AAMA-2605. It combines strength of PVDF resin in min 70% along with high performance pigments to maintain outstanding colour, chalk resistance.
