Spectrum Industries LLC (hereinafter the “Company”) which operates and maintains the website (http://spectrumindustries.ae/) is committed to reserving the privacy of the Client’s (collectively referred to as the “User”) personal information provided while the User is browsing the Company’s website.
PRIVACY POLICY PROMISE:
The information on the Company’s website aims to provide the User with the required information and best brief about the Company’s superior service, yet the Company’s most important asset is the User’s trust. The Company ensures that the User’s information is secure and only used as the User would want. The User’s privacy is a high priority.
COOKIES POLICY:
Once the User agrees to allow the Company’s website to use cookies, the User also agrees to use the data collected regarding their online behavior (analyze web traffic, web pages the User spends the most time on, and websites the User visits). The data collected by the Company using cookies is used to customize the Company’s website to the User’s needs. After the Company uses the data for statistical analysis, the data is completely removed from the Company’s systems. The type of personal information that the Company collects on or through the Company’s platforms, why the Company collects this information, and how the Company uses this personal information are explained in the following:
I. TO RESPOND TO ANY QUERIES OR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST MADE BY THE USER:
The Company would use the User’s personal data to respond to the User’s queries or expression of interest and to ensure that the Company helps the User to find the right property that suits the User’s needs. The Company may receive the User’s personal data through one of the following channels: When the User sends an enquiry, via the Company’s website/social media page/call/WhatsApp, regarding one of the Company’s properties; When the User participates in one of the Company’s events or visits the Company’s stands to enquire about the properties; When the User visits the Company’s sales office or contacts the sales advisors regarding any property which they wish to purchase. The Company collects the following personal information: name, email address, phone number, nationality, and details of the User’s enquiry pursuant to the Company’s legitimate business interests. In certain cases, the User’s enquiry may relate to a specific service request, for example: raising an enquiry regarding a specific property. For such requests, the Company needs to use the User’s personal information in order to respond to the User’s request and to fulfil the contractual obligations under the requested service. Additionally, when the User calls the Company’s customer service center, the Company would maintain a record of the communications, including call recordings, in pursuit of the legitimate business interest to monitor and improve the quality of the Company’s customer support.
II. TO REQUEST THE USER’S FEEDBACK, AND TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS:
The User’s satisfaction is the Company’s utmost priority, and the Company proactively takes necessary steps to ensure that Users are well satisfied with the services. To help the Company to respond to the User’s feedback or complaints, the Company collects the following personal information: name, email ID, transaction details (such as services availed by the User) and the User’s feedback/ complaints through a survey conducted after the Users complete a transaction or after the completion of the User’s call with the Company’s customer service team. The Company collects and uses the User’s personal information in pursuit of legitimate business interests to address the User’s concerns and to take necessary steps towards continual improvement. In the event the User prefers not to receive such information, the User may opt out by following the instruction provided in Section – “How to opt out?”.

The information is collected and stored in a manner that is appropriate for the nature of the data that the Company collects, and the need to fulfill the User’s request. This information is not provided to third parties for their own use, unless specifically authorized by the User.
HOW LONG DOES THE COMPANY KEEP INFORMATION ABOUT THE USER:
The Company will only keep the User’s personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary taking into consideration the Company’s need to answer queries and resolve problems, for any other purpose outlined above, or to comply with legal requirements under applicable law(s). This means that the Company may retain the User’s personal information for a reasonable period, for example, till the end of the leasing contract, or after the User’s query has been addressed. In certain cases, the Company may retain the User’s personal information for a longer period where extended retention periods are required by law or regulation and to establish, exercise or defend the Company’s legal rights. The Company will ensure that the User’s personal information is disposed of in a secure manner when it’s no longer needed.
HOW SECURE IS THE USER’S INFORMATION:
The User’s personal data security is an important concern for the Company. The Company provides the utmost care in secure transmission of the User’s personal information from computers, smartphones, and other electronic devices to the Company’s servers. The Company uses industry security standards to safeguard the confidentiality of the User’s information. The Company has implemented and maintained appropriate technical and organizational security measures, policies, and procedures to protect the User’s personal information from accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. a. Placing confidentiality requirements on the Company’s staff and service providers. b. Restriction of access to the User’s personal information to employees strictly on a need-to-know basis, such as to respond to the User’s enquiry or request. c. Destroying or anonymizing personal information if it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected; and d. Using secure communication channels for transmitting personal data. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although the Company does its best to protect the User’s personal information, the Company cannot guarantee the security of the User’s personal information transmitted to the Company’s Website. Any transmission of personal information is at the User’s own risk. The Company is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.
THE RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION:
The User has the right to request for their personal data to be amended or rectified where it is inaccurate (for example, if the User changes their name or address) and to have incomplete personal data completed.

SEVERABILTY:
If any provision of the Terms of Use is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force and effect.
APPLICABLE LAW:
The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the Terms of Use, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in Dubai, UAE.
